Communication:

As per delegate requirements provided during registration, CASE will arrange ASL interpreters, real time captioning, CART and document formats as required. Please ensure you provide your preferences during the registration process.

Pre-conference materials in relation to overheads, videos, handouts, etc. will be forwarded to persons who identify this requirement as part of their preparation for fully accessible Conference materials.

Volunteer guides will be provided to persons with visual needs.

Presenters - We ask all presenters to consider how their presentation is accessible and inclusive, such as clear formats and font sizes. Check the presenter guide for details
